We want this to be clear rather than clever, so here is exactly where you stand.

Numerology Report — ₹99

This report is generated and delivered instantly. Once it has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled or returned, in the same way as any other digital product opened at the point of purchase.

We will refund you in full if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order
• Payment was taken but no report was delivered
• The report was generated on details other than those you submitted

Raise any of these within 7 days of payment.

Name Correction — ₹399

Full refund if you cancel before our team begins work — write to help@changemydestiny.in within 2 hours of payment.

Full refund if we fail to deliver within 48 hours of you submitting your details form.

No refund once your completed name analysis has been delivered, as the work has been carried out and cannot be returned.

What we cannot refund

We cannot offer refunds because you disagree with the reading, or because a suggested outcome did not occur. Numerology is a belief-based practice and we make no promises about results — please see our Terms before purchasing.

How to request a refund

Email help@changemydestiny.in or WhatsApp +91 9913010203 with the phone number or email used at payment, and a one-line reason.

We respond within 24 working hours. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, subject to your bank's timelines.

Before you raise a dispute

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first. We resolve almost everything within a day, and it is far quicker for you than a bank dispute.
